  • cottage cheese and water.

 

The main thing is not only to observe the order, but also not to mix different products for each day.

DIET FOR 5 DAYS

This rapid weight loss method is pretty simple to comply with. It is, as you understand, made up of five different mono-diets (one for each day), during which you need to follow a monotonous diet meal plan.

The weight that you lose during this 5-days weight loss diet practically doesn’t come back, if you keep to a proper and healthy eating system after you finish this express diet.

Such an effective result can be explained by the fact that the fat cells burn in a special way, when you adhere to the principle of separate nutrition.

Dinner: 200g of dark grapes.

Breakfast: 5 tbsp. of cooked rice and 2 tbsp. of pine nuts.
Lunch: 8 tbsp. of cooked rice and 15 almonds.
Dinner: 6 tbsp. of rice and 2 walnuts.

NB! Brown or “wild” are best to use. You can also substitute rice with oatmeal, which you pre-soak, without cooking.

CEREAL

Day 5: WATER AND COTTAGE CHEESE

Breakfast: 5 tbsp. of non-fat cottage cheese and in 30 minutes – 2 cups of plain water.
Lunch: 7 tbsp. of cottage cheese and 3 cups of water.
Dinner: 5 tbsp. of cottage cheese and 2 cups of water.

You should not “shuffle” or interchange days – the sequence is very important in this diet for weight loss.

  • The first, meat, day enriches your body with protein, nourishes your muscle tissue and enhances your metabolism.
  • Vegetable day improves peristalsis and helps to rid the body of food “junk”.
  • Fruit day makes up for the level of glucose in your body, thereby “saving” it from depression and apathy.
WATER AND COTTAGE CHEESE
  • Cereal day provides the required amount of complex carbohydrates to maintain proper energy levels and prevents “wolf’s appetite”.
  • Water-cottage cheese day restores the water-salt balance in the body.

HOW TO GET OUT OF THE DIET

This weight loss diet doesn’t imply any rules for exiting it. However, just like after any other fasting day, you should not immediately gnaw on eclairs, bananas or pork steaks.

It is desirable that your daily menu contains as long as possible prevailing amounts of:

Protein foods

Fiber

Complex carbohydrates
