2. Lift the dumbbells up in front of you, palms facing inward.
3. Bend your elbows so that the dumbbell go down to your head.
4. Return to the starting position, hands should be static in the shoulders.

Make 2 sets of 12-15 repetitions.

You can do the previous exercise in a standing position:

1. Place your feet shoulder width apart, back straight, raise your hands up.
2. Without changing the position of the shoulders, bend and unbend your elbows.
3. Hands up – exhale, hands down – inhale.

If previous exercises have proved to be too easy, try push-ups on dumbbells:

1. Lean with your hands on dumbbells.
2. Make a push-up.
3. After each push-up, lift the dumbbell by bending your arm at the elbow.
